Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Hotel Booking Agent. We offer a competitive salary, 13th Month Pay, and HMO coverage with three free beneficiaries from day one.
Your role will involve answering calls, providing customer support through various channels, and addressing participant concerns. We welcome college graduates and high school graduates with BPO experience. Excellent English communication skills are essential. On-site work is required, and candidates should be within 25km to 35km of our office.
