Job Description
TeleDial Call Center Inc is seeking a motivated Chat Sales Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries via live chat, provide product information, assist in the sales process, and ensure a satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to real-time chat messages, deliver accurate product information, guide orders, and identify sales opportunities.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; 2 years of chat sales support experience preferred.
Work Schedule: Full-time with rotating shifts. Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month plus benefits.
