The Customer Support Assistant is responsible for the retrieval of physical documents for New Business & Underwriting, as well as Customer Support Services – Individual Life. Key responsibilities include:
- Recording and warehousing of documents, including preparing transmittal lists.
- Retrieving requested documents from a third-party vendor.
- Maintaining limited access to physical documents for authorized personnel.
- Organizing the stockroom by categories with proper labeling.
- Managing supplies and stocks effectively.
