Job Description
Revvity is seeking a motivated Associate Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will manage order fulfillment processes, including invoicing and logistics for LSDX products. You will support customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction by generating purchase orders, updating customers on order status, and coordinating with customs for smooth delivery. Collaborating with Finance on credit blocks and facilitating Returned Material Authorizations (RMA) are also part of your responsibilities.
