Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Lease Officer to join our team at Robinsons Land in Los Baños. The successful candidate will be responsible for tenant prospecting and negotiation, contracts management, tenant retention, lease turnover, and renewals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or any equivalent course.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, with prior experience in Property Lease, especially in commercial lease, being an advantage.
