Job Description
Join our team at 1898 Hotel Colonia En Las Filipinas as a Cost Controller. Your responsibilities will include studying and analyzing variances in costs and inventory management, supervising daily receiving and storekeeping activities, and ensuring accurate documentation of inventory movements. You will also prepare and verify financial reports, manage stock levels, and perform regular reconciliations alongside the Purchasing Department.
Minimum qualifications include experience in F&B Cost Control, collaboration with chefs and finance teams, flexibility in working hours, and the ability to thrive both individually and as part of a team.
