Job Description: The Associate Manager of Site Payments will manage staff responsibilities, including interviewing, performance management, coaching, and employee counseling. This role will oversee project delivery, ensuring quality standards are met, and assist in developing policies and training materials. Additional tasks include analyzing reports, managing escalated actions, and ensuring effective risk management for assigned studies.
The position requires providing leadership, QC of site payments and project milestones, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely budget management.
