Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Retrieval Processor to join our Consumer Banking Group at BDO Unibank in Mandaluyong City. The ideal candidate will assist in mitigating operational risk and enhancing efficiency in chargeback processing for our elite merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Forward fulfillment documents to the requesting unit within 20 calendar days.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all fulfillment and chargeback support documents.
- Communicate retrieval requests with merchants within 3 banking days from distribution date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in credit operations, particularly in chargeback.
Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas is required.
