Job Description
The analyst will support client projects in our Global Delivery Center, focusing on work and rewards programs. Responsibilities include conducting market pay benchmarking, designing pay structures, and analyzing job levels, utilizing WTW methodologies and tools.
Key tasks involve data research and presentation, report creation, collaboration with consultants, and seeking to develop expertise in rewards and executive compensation.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, possess strong analytical abilities, be proficient in Excel, and have excellent English communication skills. Previous experience in market pay benchmarking is preferred.
