Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the position of CEG Promo Team Lead at Capgemini. The successful candidate will support the Business Unit (BU) in implementing promotions, launches, and activations.
Key responsibilities include executing vital system processes, engaging with stakeholders like Finance and Channels, and ensuring smooth implementation of requirements. Applicants should possess at least 3 years of Team Lead experience and 6 years in an Execution/Promotion role.
A degree in Business, preferably with FMCG experience, is required. Strong communication skills in the local language, a results-oriented mindset, and above-average Excel proficiency are essential.
