Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team at Eclerx. The successful candidate will prepare journal entries, ensure AP transaction accuracy, and monitor AP aging. Responsibilities also include generating monthly reports for the client’s Controller and reconciling the General Ledger.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred), 5+ years of experience, proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero), and detail-oriented. Candidates must be available for night shifts (US hours) and work during Philippine holidays.
