Qualifications:
- College graduate
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Team Lead in BPO (preferably Healthcare Account)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
2. Associate Manager – Quality
Salary: Up to ₱60,00
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a BPO setup
- Solid background in Quality and Process Improvement
