Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Escalate priority issues as needed.
- Ensure one-call resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- BPO experience not required.
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
