Job Description
About the Role:
- Design, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot IT systems.
- Interpret briefs and develop IT systems that meet specifications and budget.
- Assist with training and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT company policies.
- Maintain, manage, and update software.
- Supervise digital security, ensuring regular updates for antivirus and firewalls.
- Manage user access and regulate data access.
- Analyze operations, protocols, and processes for improvement.
- Setup CCTV, Local, PABX, Wifi, and WAN networks.
Qualifications:
- Practical experience with various software applications.
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Location: Tunasan, Muntinlupa (5x a week)
