Job Description
Join our team at Metacom BPO Alabang as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints efficiently.
No experience? No problem! We offer training.
Work on weekdays with weekends off. We seek friendly individuals with good communication skills, who can work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
We offer competitive pay of Php15,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month, alongside benefits like health insurance, paid leaves, and opportunities for promotion.
