Job Description
SGS – Sapient Careers is hiring Call Center Agents across our Metro Manila sites. Earn up to Php 28,00 monthly plus a Php 30,00 sign-on bonus! No BPO experience needed.
As a Chat and Email Support Specialist, you will:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns.
- Escalate complex issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Retain customers through alternative solutions.
- Comply with customer privacy policies.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php 28,00/month
