Job Description
Nestlé is seeking a dynamic Customer Development Manager to drive profitable growth for our key distributor customers. In this role, you will collaborate with Field Sales Managers and distributor partners to establish Nestlé as the business partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities include developing the total Customer business plan, achieving customer targets and KPIs, improving order-to-cash processes, and training distributor customers on the Nestlé sales methods and operational standards.
