Job Description
Samsung Electronics is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Lead to manage our organization’s capability development needs. In this role, you will conduct training needs analysis, design learning roadmaps, and implement relevant learning interventions. Your responsibilities will include driving the establishment of L&D strategies, managing project execution, and evaluating learning solutions. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of training design experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and possess the ability to work independently. This position is on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig.
