Job Description
Join IMPACT Training & Consultancy as a Payroll Assistant. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processes, including validating timesheets, computing salaries, and ensuring timely disbursement. You will also prepare payroll journal entries, reconcile payroll accounts, and support audits.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields, has at least 1 year of payroll experience, and is proficient in payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of labor and tax laws are essential.
