Job Description
Join Sandvik as a Parts & Service Manager in our Field Services division. In this role, you will supervise remote direct reports across multiple sites and manage invoicing for various customers. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing service operations management, collaborating on reporting and analysis, and ensuring quality assurance through inventory management and inspections.
You will enhance customer service by fostering relationships and improving service delivery while setting clear daily goals for your team. Safety, health, and environmental compliance will be paramount, as you will develop safety protocols and conduct staff training.
