Job Description
Join our team at RC as a Chat & Email Support representative! We are seeking candidates who:
- Have at least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Possess excellent typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Are available for a regular schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and stress management abilities.
- Display strong writing, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Can adapt quickly to challenging situations and solve problems effectively.
This is a full-time position open to fresh graduates. The salary ranges from Php 23,00.00 to Php 26,00.00 per month, with paid training provided. Location: In person.
