Job Description
SGS – Sapient Careers is mass hiring Call Center Agents across our Metro Manila sites. Earn up to 28K Monthly plus a 30K Sign-On Bonus. No BPO experience required!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on products, services, order status, shipping, returns, and refunds.
- Track orders and inform customers proactively about any delays or issues.
- Stay updated on platform features and best practices.
- Analyze customer inquiries to enhance service quality.
