Job Description
Vantage Financial Corporation (eBiz Western Union) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate. As a Subject Matter Expert in Western Union and eBiz transactions, you will be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: Bridge transactions, handle inquiries, route calls, monitor services, resolve complaints, and communicate with sub-agents.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask.
