Job Description
Astoria Culinary Expert Services is seeking a dedicated Chief Steward to manage and train Stewarding personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily attendance reporting, monitoring equipment maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met across work areas.
You will supervise the storage and preparation of tableware, coordinate with Food & Beverage sections, and enforce hotel regulations. The ideal candidate is a graduate in Hospitality and Restaurant Management with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Immediate availability and willingness to work in different Astoria properties are essential.
