Job Description

Metacom BPO is seeking a dedicated Premium Telco Account Manager. We specialize in personalized consulting services, IT-enabled support, and business process outsourcing tailored to our clients’ needs.

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage customer inquiries related to mobile, broadband, and billing issues. Ideal candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or a TELCO account.

This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Philippines, operating Monday to Friday.
