Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team at Grand Land Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening and scheduling interviews, orienting new employees, and ensuring payroll accuracy. You will also monitor employee records, assist in employee relations, and manage off-boarding procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
- Understanding of basic HR principles
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 18,00 – Php 20,00/month
