Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
What You Need:
- Friendly and good at talking.
- Knowledge of using a phone or computer.
- Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- Diploma required.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
- Good communication skills; English preferred.
