Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Restaurant General Manager for our OOH Advertising Agency located in Makati. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop strategic plans, and foster client relationships to drive business growth while meeting financial targets.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Retail Restaurant Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic planning and financial management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in food and beverage industry required
