Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at DoubleDragon’s Hotel101 Davao. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management or a related field, with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Your responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints, responding to feedback, and upholding the hotel’s service standards for delightful guest interactions. Proficiency in MS Office and OPERA, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, are essential.
