Job Description
Probe CX is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) to ensure that our processes, services, and customer interactions meet established quality standards. The QA plays a vital role in identifying improvement opportunities through quality checks, focusing on enhancing banking services, mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include improving customer satisfaction and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in phone, email, and live chat support, preferably in banking. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS/Google Suite applications is required.
