Job Description
We are seeking a Workplacement Advisor to coordinate student and graduate placements with industry partners. You will source placement opportunities, build employer relationships, advise candidates on job readiness, assess placement suitability, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has a degree in education or business, strong communication and networking skills, experience in career services or recruitment, and familiarity with placement compliance and reporting. Responsibilities include developing placement programs, conducting employer outreach, preparing placement agreements, delivering workshops, and maintaining placement records. Proactive, organized professionals who can work with diverse stakeholders are encouraged to apply.
