Job Description
Gratitude India seeks 3 Managers in Clark, Pampanga (hybrid; some travel). Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives for Banking & Financial Services or Collections: analyze performance data, standardize processes, implement cross‑functional solutions, track KPI improvements and coach teams. Requirements: Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, BPO process improvement and account management experience in BFS or Collections, flexible schedules. Salary PHP160,00 basic + PHP20,650 allowance. Immediate start. Apply with last drawn salary, education, LSS certification, relevant account experience, years of PI in BPO and confirmation of salary and Clark hybrid acceptance.
