Job Description
Mother’s Produce, Inc. in Davao City seeks a Fresh Produce Coordinator to manage produce operations across 3–5 supermarket branches. Field-based role: supervise team leaders and merchandisers, oversee inventory, purchasing, logistics, quality control, merchandising and waste management, and drive sales and profitability. Flexible schedule — create your own weekly site plan. Requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum 1 year supervisory experience, willingness to travel, strong leadership and organizational skills; produce or retail experience a plus. Full-time. Salary Php13,500–15,00/month. Benefits include paid training, flexible schedule, company events, promotion opportunities and pay raises.
