Job Description
We seek an HR Business Partner for a six-month full-time contract to manage HR operations: policies, benefits and compensation, onboarding and exits, HRIS, employee relations, performance and compliance, and payroll support. Maintain handbook, directory and org chart. Salary Php18,00–25,00. Benefits include training, discounts, events, Christmas gift, free parking, raises and possible permanent hire. Prefer BS Psychology/BSBA HRM, 1 year HR generalist, English proficient, based in Quezon City, willing to travel up to 50%. Onsite.
