Job Description
We are seeking a Building Admin Manager to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and safety compliance. You will coordinate building services, manage budgets and procurement, supervise onsite staff, and respond to tenant requests and emergencies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in facilities or building administration, a related diploma or degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with maintenance management systems and MS Office.
