Job Description
Luxuriant Automotive Group, Inc seeks a driven Regional Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies across our dealership network. Requirements: college graduate, 2–3 years automotive industry experience, computer literate, capable of handling reports, valid 4-wheel driving license, and strong oral and written communication. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing sales metrics (volume, market share, opportunities), providing guidance and support to dealership sales teams to maximize effectiveness, and conducting regular performance reviews with goal-setting. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on growing regional sales and improving dealership performance through hands-on leadership and data-driven insights.
