Job Description
Join our Ocean Freight team to process back-end services supporting countries, regions or global operations. You will follow SOPs to meet SLAs and KPIs, work shifts aligned to service coverage, and deliver timely, accurate documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, flag operational issues, and maintain clear communication. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (logistics/management preferred), 0–3 years BPO or logistics experience (ocean freight preferred), MS Office and ERP exposure, strong English communication, logical reasoning and customer focus.
