Job Description
Full-time night (graveyard) role in Davao City (KSS Building Buhangin & Aeon Towers, Bajada). Provide compassionate support to mainly elderly patients: handle inbound calls, give policy info, schedule/confirm appointments, perform outbound reminders, and maintain confidential records. Salary Php20,00/month (excludes attendance bonus, night differential, incentives). Benefits: health & life insurance, paid training, staff meals, paid time off, and professional development. Ideal candidates have healthcare or customer service experience, excellent phone etiquette, basic computer skills, strong organization, and commitment to patient care.
