Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals, advise leaders, and drive people initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities include talent management, performance and succession planning, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, policy implementation, and HR analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum 3 years’ experience as an HRBP, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with HRIS and employment law.
