Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our General Human Resources team at Teleperformance. The role involves key responsibilities such as employee hiring, onboarding, labor relations, and the administration of HR programs and policies. You will also be involved in employee rewards coordination, relocation services, and HR training initiatives.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR experience and is prepared to maintain compliance with professional standards. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift and a shift system in place.
We offer supplemental pay including a 13th month salary and performance bonuses.
