Job Description
IdeasUnlimited BPO Inc seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Support Representative for an in-person, full-time position. You will manage email, chat, and phone inquiries; provide product, service, and policy information; troubleshoot and escalate complex cases; maintain CRM records; update help-center content; and collaborate to improve customer experience. Candidates should have customer service experience (remote preferred), excellent written and verbal English, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, familiarity with CRM/help-desk tools, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace. Salary Php16,00–19,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, paid training, company events, paid promotions, and on-site parking.
