Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking a Cash Collection Supervisor to manage cash collection activities across all lines of business in the country. This role focuses on driving operational performance by maximizing cash collections while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Key responsibilities include leading the collection process, contacting customers to recover debts, maintaining detailed records of communications, and ensuring timely payment application. You will work closely with sales and operations teams to meet monthly cash collection and past-due reduction targets.
