Job Description
We are seeking an Internal Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for internal roles, partnering with managers to source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities: develop sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, manage employee referrals, and support employer branding and internal mobility programs.
