Job Description
We seek a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily store operations, boost sales and foot traffic, maintain visual standards, and deliver excellent customer service. You will recruit, train and motivate staff, analyze trends, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance. Requirements: proven retail management, strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, customer-focused; Bachelor’s in Business preferred. Full-time permanent role. Salary Php25,00–30,00/month plus commissions; benefits include employee discount, flexible schedule and promotion opportunities.
