Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Executive Assistant to support senior agents in a fast-paced property firm. Responsibilities include managing calendars and appointments, coordinating client communications and showings, preparing transaction documents and contracts, maintaining CRM records, conducting market research and listings updates, and assisting with administrative and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in real estate or high-level administrative support, strong written and verbal communication, excellent organization, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. A real estate license or bilingual ability is a plus. Reliable, detail-oriented professionals encouraged to apply.
