Position: Store Sales Associate

Location: SM Mall of Asia

Reports To: Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Store Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance in-store. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering product recommendations, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate plays a key role in creating a positive shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting store operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
