Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
- Preferably 6months to 1year experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Amenable to report in Cabuyao, Laguna branch.
Job Scope:
Branch Customer Relations Specialist Function:
· Customer-Related Transactions- end to end support for customers with loan inquiries, requests, and complaints handling.
· Internal and External customer relations handling.
· Handling customer engagement on retention related initiatives.
· Front line handling of customers visiting the branch or Head Office.
· Facilitate and participate in Customer Relations Management related activities and functions.
· May provide reports related to CRM handling.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles all assigned customer-related inbound calls, sms, and emails. This will include but not limited to the following: Loan balance inquiry, loan prospect inquiry, collection-related issues, requests for loan adjustments and payment arrangement.
- Handles all customer-related outbound calls for requests, follow-ups, inquiries related to customer’s Sumisho loan.
- Handles customer related document releases for closed accounts handling.
- Handles the endorsement of closed accounts to loan operations for proper turn-over of documents to the customer.
- Corresponds to dependencies such as other departments for the resolution of customer concerns.
