Job Description

We seek a proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support senior leadership and maintain smooth office operations. You will manage calendars, travel, communications, and confidential documents while coordinating meetings and executive priorities.

Key duties include scheduling and agenda preparation, vendor and facility management, procurement, bookkeeping support, and onboarding assistance. You will streamline office procedures, handle correspondence, and act as a professional liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years experience, strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, proficiency in MS Office, and a problem-solving mindset. Flexibility and team leadership are essential.
