Job Description
We are seeking a Tax and Compliance Staff to prepare and submit tax filings, monitor regulatory changes, support internal and external audits, maintain accurate tax records, and ensure company adherence to local and national tax laws. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 1–3 years’ experience in tax compliance, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and tax software. Responsibilities include tax calculation, reconciliations, liaising with advisors, and improving compliance processes. Excellent communication and the ability to meet deadlines are required.
