Job Description
We are hiring a Collections and Dispute Specialist to manage accounts receivable, resolve payment disputes, and liaise with customers and internal teams to reduce delinquency. You will monitor aging reports, negotiate payment plans, document case notes, and escalate complex cases.
Requirements: 2+ years in collections or dispute resolution, strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills, familiarity with collections software and compliance, attention to detail, ability to work under targets. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
